Dorothy is a principal in True’s Singapore office, working on searches for True’s clients across APAC with a specific focus on private equity, growth capital and venture capital funds.  She has deep functional expertise in the area of investing and has appointed senior investment, operating, and investor relations professionals into leading funds across the Europe and North America.

Dorothy has delivered searches across a number of verticals including technology, business services, financial services, healthcare, industrials and consumer and retail.  In addition to her work within GPs, she has also appointed C-suite executives into commercial and product roles within financial services and software portfolio companies.

She brings more than five years of executive search experience, most recently with Russell Reynolds Associates' European private equity practice.  Prior to Russell Reynolds, she was a member of the private of the private equity team of a boutique search firm in London.

Dorothy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from The University of Leeds and also studied at the University of Valencia in Spain.
