Durga’s executive search experience spans a variety of industries with a focus on building out critical teams during a company’s growth mode.  She comes with
a unique perspective having been an entrepreneur herself.  Durga successfully garnered utility patents, which she has since licensed—an experience that gives her critical insights into what’s needed to build businesses.  She transitioned into executive search, leveraging these skills and experiences.

Durga started out on the agency side.  She was recruited by her client Alice + Olivia and became their head of talent acquisition, then later moved back to the agency side where she worked with a variety of B2C and B2B clients across consumer goods (fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle), fintech and retail tech.

Durga holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University with a concentration in business, as well as textiles and apparel.
