For nearly two decades, Eric has connected impactful executives with founder-led early-stage, as well as high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed technology companies.  He specializes in recruiting CEOs, board members, and C-level go-to-market, growth-focused executives for unique enterprise and consumer focused clients.

Eric joined True from Gray Scalable, where he was the head of executive search.  Gray Scalable is a VC-backed, human capital-focused consulting firm that creates customized programs for startups designed to evolve their people and recruiting practices to match the standards of the world’s leading technology companies.  Prior to Gray Scalable, Eric was a consultant with Renovata partners, an international executive search firm where he led global searches for the most disruptive consumer-digital and enterprise companies across North America and Europe.

He and his family reside on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. When not in NYC, you’ll find them in Litchfield County, CT or down the shore spending time with family and friends.
