He specializes functionally in GTM, GM/Ops, and control function (Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, Trust & Safety, Analytics) searches.
Prior to joining True, Grant spent eight years with SEBA International, a boutique executive search firm, working with public, private and VC / PE-backed clients across the risk, compliance, analytics, marketing, product and finance functions.
Grant attended Tufts University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in english and media studies. He began his career in corporate communications with KPMG.
