Jessica is a partner in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.  She specializes in executive searches across the C-Suite for healthcare and life sciences clients, from early stage venture capital through public listed businesses.

Prior to True, Jessica was a principal within Korn Ferry’s global healthcare & life sciences practice.  She was one of the founding members of their specialized healthcare technology practice and launched this practice for Korn Ferry Professional Search (formerly Futurestep.)

During her 15 years with Korn Ferry, Jessica and her team led more than 500 executive search assignments across the health & life sciences sectors including providers, payors, pharma, biotech, health and life sciences technology and technology enabled services companies.  Jessica’s work included delivering excellent service to clients across a broad range of executive functions spanning all asset classes from venture capital to the Fortune 20.  Jessica started her career at Cerner Corporation, a leading healthcare technology organization, in a variety of sales and account management leadership positions.

Originally from New York, Jessica is a Georgia Bulldog having graduated from University of Georgia with a business degree in marketing.  An east coast transplant, you can now find Jessica on the weekends watching her son surf some of the world's best surf spots in Southern California.
