Jonathan specializes in recruiting technology leadership for private equity portfolio companies with a focus on the healthcare industry.

Prior to True, Jonathan worked at a boutique executive recruiting firm where he led retained search projects for investor-backed portfolio companies and professional services firms.  Before executive recruiting, Jonathan started his career as a healthcare technology consultant implementing software solutions to health systems and physician practice organizations.  He later joined Deloitte Consulting as a member of the healthcare practice introducing performance improvement initiatives to hospitals across the country.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in economics and sociology.  He completed his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare from George Washington University.
