Maëlys is a co-Head of the Finance International Practice located in the Berlin office.  With eight years of professional experience in executive search, she sits in the Finance practice, hiring senior executives for leading high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed technology companies.

Prior to True, Maëlys acquired first experience in executive search in France, while working for DHR International and focusing on recruiting C-level executives across all industries.  After moving to Berlin, she worked for Atheneum partners, an expert network providing market knowledge to leading investors and consulting firms.

Maëlys studied franco-american law at Nanterre University in Paris and San Francisco’s Golden Gate University.  She holds a master’s degree in international business law, as well as a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in U.S. legal studies.
