Mark partners with growth, private equity, and public companies specializing in placing product management, engineering and data science executives.

Prior to True, Mark served as head of talent for Matrix Capital Management, a $8bn AUM hedge fund investing in public and private disruptive software and biotechnology companies.  Previously, he helped build True’s Product, Data, and Technology practice as an early member of the San Francisco office.  He began his executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.  He serves on the board of directors for Hit The Books, a sports-based non-profit committed to bringing educational resources to underserved NYC communities.  Outside of work, he is an avid Lakers fan, markets enthusiast and oenophile/foodie.
