As a partner at True, Mark taps 17 years of search experience and deep multi-industry expertise to conduct searches for True clients across the life sciences and technology industries.

Before joining True, Mark was with Heidrick & Struggles in the global technology and venture capital practice.  He joined that firm in 2008 upon its acquisition of IronHill Partners, a venture capital-focused retained search firm.

Previously, Mark was the human capital partner for St. Paul Venture Capital, an early-stage venture capital fund.  Mark began his professional career at Arthur Andersen.
