Bio:

For more than 20 years, Nathaniel has worked across the health and life sciences ecosystem and brings expertise in ongoing industry digital transformation, as well as being passionate about the intersectionality and scope for collaboration across the healthcare and life sciences industries.


Prior to True, he spent four years as a senior partner with WittKieffer, leading and building out the company’s international health and life sciences practice having also served as the founding partner of their London office.  Previously, Nathaniel spent three years with Korn Ferry where he led the company’s healthcare services activities across EMEA.  Nathaniel also worked with Odgers Berndtson and CTPartners as a founding partner of their respective digital health practices.


Nathaniel's client base varies at a global level across all asset classes, from mid-large size multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare companies to VC and PE-backed digital health and SaaS companies.  Nathaniel brings broad expertise across C-suite and board executive search, as well as a track record building out global leadership teams for clients in multiple markets.  Areas of specific expertise include omnichannel analytics, medical strategy, tech-enabled pharma and healthcare services and digital strategy.


Nathaniel is a leading advocate for DE&I, having served on the AESC Diversity Council for EMEA.  Nathaniel graduated with a degree in law from the University of Glasgow before receiving a master’s in international marketing from the University of Strathclyde.  Outside of work, music is Nathaniel’s first passion and he sings with a leading London choir and strives to find time to further his piano studies.
