Bio:

Paola is a senior associate in True's Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech practice and based in Washington D.C.

Prior to joining True, Paola worked at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership and advisory firm where she developed her interest in executive search. She is looking forward to further developing her executive search career at True with a functional focus in CEO/COO searches.

Paola obtained her Bachelor of Arts in foreign affairs and religious studies from the University of Virginia.

Passionate about the intersection of religion, politics and conflict—she is co-author of the article, "Read the Signs: Detecting Early Warning Signals of Inter-religious Conflict"

Outside of work, Paola likes to spend time with family, try new coffee shops and travel back home to Colombia and Guatemala.
