Rhoda (Lau) Longhenry brings over 18 years of search experience to the True team. Although well-known and respected for placing CFOs at growth-stage technology companies, Rhoda has a wide range of executive search expertise.
She joined True from Heidrick & Struggles where she was the partner in charge of the San Francisco office and was a member of the financial officers practice, global technology services practice and private equity and venture practice. Prior to her career in executive search, Rhoda was head of investor relations at DoveBid and an equity research analyst at Montgomery Securities and at Merrill Lynch.
Rhoda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is the mother of two young children—son, Storm and daughter, Breeze.
