Sean has over 16 years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients, as they build world-class leadership teams globally for tomorrow’s businesses.  He focuses on recruiting top talent in the Asia and U.S. markets, with a track record of successfully helping companies access transformative talent.  Having been born and raised in Singapore, combined with his global experience of working in the U.S. and Asia markets, Sean brings a unique and differentiated global perspective to clients.

As Head of Asia at True, Sean specializes in helping clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, leverage True’s human capital technology, unique data and analytics, and market insights to further globalize, accelerate growth and innovation, and build industry-leading businesses.

Prior to True, Sean was a managing director in the technology and global healthcare practice at Diversified Search, one of the top 10 executive search firms.  Sean also previously served as head of executive talent at Blue Shield of California, a $20+ billion insurance company.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of California, Davis.  Husband to a (smarter) wife and father of two young kids, Sean is an avid traveler and loves exploring new cultural experiences with his family.
