Tiffany is a senior associate in the People, Talent & Legal practice.

Prior to True, Tiffany worked as part of a small HR team where her responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding and employee learning and development. Before that, she worked in career services at Rollins College, assisting students and alumni with their job search, interview skills, and application materials to prepare them for graduation.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts in educational leadership from the University of Central Florida. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
