Global consumer specialist and partner Todd Zangrillo, is the founder and co-leader of True’s Consumer Practice as well as a key member of True’s CEO & Board practices.

Prior to True, Todd founded and ran his own boutique tech-focused executive search firm that he successfully merged into GSI Commerce to lead their talent and recruiting function.  Upon GSI’s acquisition by eBay, he was tasked to work on the integration and became the HR business partner of eBay’s e-commerce technology organization.

Todd also previously served as managing partner at Redwood Capital Group, an international advisory firm that provided investment banking and private equity to technology companies and was part of the founding team of InterWorld, an e-commerce software company that he helped drive their worldwide expansion through a multi-billion dollar IPO.

Todd’s 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and operator gives him a unique approach and perspective to help clients, ranging from Fortune 100s to incredible high-growth startups, solve for organizational transformation.
