Vanessa partners with consumer companies placing finance leadership and partnering with high growth consumer businesses and finance leaders across late-stage venture and private equity.  With more than a decade of executive search experience, Vanessa has helped scale high growth finance functions for companies like Mejuri, Daily Harvest, NOBULL, Duolingo, Disney+ and Interior Define.

Prior to True, Vanessa spent two years scaling a Boston-based startup executive search firm where she partnered with finance and operations executive teams for high growth enterprise technology companies.  She began her career with Randstad, a global search firm where she served in multiple leadership roles across the U.S.

Outside of the office, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and four very active kids in the mountains of Vermont.
